Lighting Control, Blind and Louvre Control and Home Automation
This Paddington terrace was completely gutted, literally leaving only the classic Victorian façade.
The home’s electrical systems were re-wired to incorporate a lighting control system, multi-room audio, security and a state of the art home theatre system.
The client was very specific about minimizing “wall acne” as the technology had to complement the architectural finishes.
In addition to controlling appliances such as motorized blinds, awnings and curtains, the lighting switches were also made to control the home’s multi-room audio.
Considerable savings were made as dedicated controls for the music and blinds in each room were eliminated.
